Funding and Finance
As a charity we rely on funding from organisations committed to improving organisational effectiveness within the humanitarian and development sector and professionalising the practice of human resources and people management. The charts below show where our income comes from and how we spend it.
If you or your organisation could fund our work please contact email Jonathan Potter or call on 44 203 095 3951.
We keep our overheads low (2008-9: 10.4%) and run ourselves professionally. The majority of our income is spent in the four main areas prioritised by our Board of Trustees. Also, we have been Verified Compliant with the People In Aid Code, a certification which signals to donors that we are an organisation committed to our staff (March 2009).
