Governance / trustees

People In Aid’s members decide the strategy and direction of People In Aid. An Annual General Meeting of members elects a Board of Trustees of up to fifteen individuals, which oversees the organisation on members’ behalf. The Board members are listed below. Up to five Trustees can be from non-member organisations to ensure the correct diversity of skills, experience and views. Any vacancies for such Trustees will be advertised here and in selected media.

The Board uses the relationship model™ incorporated in its Governance Manual, to test and oversee its efficiency and effectiveness.  Our Memorandum and Articles are also available.
