Reward – About the group

History

Established in 2004, this special interest group meets regularly to discuss issues relating to compensation and benefits. In 2006 the group became global and in partnership with ORC Worldwide, a number of products have been developed.

Purpose

To provide a forum for learning and dialogue around issues relating to reward in the humanitarian and development sector

To provide robust benchmarking data

Scope

Although aimed primarily at People In Aid members, any INGO is welcome to join this group as we cover international and local reward issues.
